From Yelling to Connecting is an in-depth self-paced workshop covering everything you need to know to find your inner calm during the toughest parenting moments.

You’ll learn how to

  • Skillfully respond to the stressors that leave you more prone to yelling
  • Adapt your day-to-day activities when you’re having a more stressful day 
  • Care for yourself and bounce back after you lose it with your kids 
  • Break free of the yelling cycle

Most importantly, you’ll learn how to respond to your kids rather than react and finally stop yelling.
