Identify Your Triggers - Specific situations and circumstances that take you to your edge. Then we will create proactive action plans.

Catch Yourself Before You Yell
Know the thoughts and fears fueling your anger and frustration. Get in touch with your bodily response. It will be your guide in the storm.
Week 5
Strengthening Your Relationship with Your Child
Get in touch with your longings for your child(ren) and your relationship with your child(ren) using the powerful tool of compassion.
Week 6
Avoid the Shame Spiral
Learn how to step out of painful patterns of shame and guilt in parenting.
Learn tools to repair with your child (when you do get hijacked by anger).

Compassion for Yourself and Your Child
Strengthen your relationship with your kiddo(s) through proactive interactions such as play with younger children and being playful with older teen and preteen children.

I'm already busy with family life. How much time will this course take?
This course is self-paced — you progress at your rhythm. Every part of the course is optional. Take what you like (or have time for) and leave the rest. The recorded lessons and workbook only 15–30 mins per lesson. You will have lifetime access to the lesson recordings and workbook so you can come back to them any time.
My family has unique challenges. Will it be applicable to us?
The course is designed to be easily tailored to your unique family and circumstances. Each question asks you how you can apply the material to your real life and specific needs. You can also always ask Michelle between calls or during calls about specific situations.
It’s hard to imagine a calmer home. How do I know this will work?
You're not starting from zero — you’re starting with experience and a real desire for change. That’s where transformation begins. You might experience quick wins or deeper long-term changes which often take weeks and even months to unfold.
This course is a lot for us financially. How do I know it’s worth it?
I cannot make any promises because it is so personal to you and your family. I can say when I got support I got better. I tried lots of different kinds of support but what caused me the most daily stress was parenting so I needed parenting support. I do not like groups. Do I have to participate?
No, you never have to participate. You can leave your camera off and just listen. You can just catch the recordings. We want everyone to feel comfortable.
I’m not really a yeller, but I want to ensure I have good relationships with my kids is this still for me?
Yes, the core of this program is about feeling calm and confident inside so you can respond to your kids with loving connection outside. We explore inner thoughts, blocks, and fears which erode our confidence as parents leaving us stuck in self-doubt and worry. Discovering your blocks can create more space for fostering closenss and feeling at ease in your relationships with your children.
I will be home with my child(ren) during the group call. Will this work?
Yes, we are flexible. Your kiddo(s) come first so you can jump off the call whenever you need. You can stay off camera and just listen or turn camera off whenever you need.
